Karen, my heart hurts to think that Jim is no longer with us, but he definitely left us all with hearts full of love for him and with great appreciation for the time we had with him in our lives. Love & prayers, Sharolyn

I've thought about Jim a lot, and the word "kind" sticks in my head. His work relationships were not business but they were personal. If he had good news for you, he enjoyed it with you. If he had bad news, he hurt with you. A special Marley person in a tough job. I'm glad we were teammates. Dick Landon

Such a wonderful friend you will never have. Jim was a very concerning person, worried about doing the best for the individual and the company. A better friend you could never have. Rrst in peace in the comfort of Christian. Your friend Wayne

What a beautiful tribute to Jim Way. He was one of our favorite human beings. Such a fun and generous man. Traveling with Jim and Karen was pure joy. Jim was always up for any adventure. We will miss our dear friend and neighbor.
