John Moloski Obituary

John Moloski
March 22, 2021
Harrisonville, Missouri - John L Moloski of Harrisonville, MO passed away on March 22, 2021 after a short fight with Covid-19. He leaves behind a son and daughter-in-law, a grandson, two granddaughters as well as one great granddaughter. John was born in Kansas but his heart always drew him to Missouri where he resided for many years. He was a wealth of knowledge when it came to history and would make more friends than he could count through reenactment of the Civil War as well as speaking engagements across the state. He served his country in the Vietnam war. Upon his return he worked for the railroad before moving to government employment. He retired from his job and spent his time with friends, family and his farm. Traveling to historic sites and owning a book company until he became sick, he will be missed by an extended family of friends that covers all parts of the United States.

I just learned of John´s passing today and it makes my heart sad. John was a classmate of mine at St. Joseph High School in Shawnee, Kansas and I have many fond memories of those shared high school days. My sincerest condolences to John´s immediate and extended family. He will be missed but always remembered.
