Lawrence Edwin "Larry" Eador

Lawrence Edwin "Larry" Eador, 77, of Lee's Summit, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2003. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2003, at the Park Lawn Chapel; burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the American Diabetes Association. Larry was born August 10, 1925, in Nevada, MO, and had lived in this area most of his life. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII, and was a property accountant for the Army Corps of Engineers for 35 years before retiring in 1980. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Eador, in 1983. Survivors include his daughter, Lorinda Bryan and her husband, Lance, of Lee's Summit, two sons, Gary Merrill and his wife, Diane, of Bolivar, MO, Gene Merrill and his wife, Terry, of Lenexa, KS, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
