Mark was a member of the 49th Police Academy Class at Johnson County Community College. He also helped recruits during academy situational training. I am very sorry to hear of his passing

Mark's family has my most sincere condolences and prayers for comfort in this difficult time. I am a close friend of Michael's, and although I never had the opportunity to meet his brother, Mark, I can surely say that he will be deeply missed. Michael has often spoken of Mark as his hero and someone whose life he regarded highly. It is through Michael's reverence for his brother that I know what a loss his passing is for those who loved and cared about him. I pray with my whole heart for God to bring you together and to comfort you in this time of sorrow.
