Thank you Mike, for teaching me so much.... I put a lot of trust in you to get up on those unbroke 2 year olds but what a team. I'm so sorry things didn't work out differently for you. Seems like you had lots of loved ones around. God Bless your family through this very, very difficult time.

Mike will be missed by those he loved and the Saddlebred Community. He was talented with a colt and loved all animals. The many champions he trained will serve as a testament to his skills and abilities.

Mike was the love of my life. I miss him every minute of every day. He loved training horses and raising foals. He had so many wonderful character traits - kind, gentle, caring, considerate and generous. He was an amazing man that will be missed by all those who cared for him, but none will miss him as much as me. I <3 you Mikey Bones....
