Myrtle Larson Obituary

Myrtle Lenora Larson is celebrating in heaven today. She passed away September 9, 2004. She was born on February 3, 1912 to Charles and Mathilda Carlstrom. As a small child, she accepted Jesus as her Savior. This decision shaped her entire life. She shared His love with all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. Married to Hartley for 54 years, who preceded her to heaven, she is survived by daughters Carol Sue Wickersham and Ingrid Bruns, both of Overland Park, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Myrtle spent 92 years joyfully serving her Lord. She was active in various capacities in her church. She was a very successful Tupperware manager for over 30 years. Visitation will be at Amos Family Chapel of Lenexa, 10113 Lenexa Dr. on Monday, September 13, from 6-7:30 p.m. with services at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Leawood Baptist Church Memorial Fund in her memory. (Arrangements: Amos Family Chapel of Lenexa (913) 888-6611)

Our thoughts and prayers are with Myrtle's family. We worked with Myrtle at Royal Party Sales and loved her dearly. Our trips to Jubliee with her and Hartley are memories we will always cherish.
