What I will always remember are all the movies I got to see as a child with my Grandma and Aunt Frances. It seemed as though it was a weekly tradition that Freddy Gene and I would tag along with our Grandma's to the show. I always wondered if we were just the excuse for them to get to see kids movies and eat junk. I miss you Aunt Frances, one day we'll go to the show again.

Our earthly loss is heaven's gain.

Aunt Frances was a strong, determined, hard working, loving person. A great lady.

I remember her coming to LaMonte to visit family, bringing with her her bag of "magic"! Being a stupid kid of 4 or 5, who usually ran and hid from combs & brushes, when Aunt Frances would work to fix my mother's (Dorothy) hair, I would ask Mom why she would LET Aunt Frances do that "stuff" to her. Mom would always say that Aunt Frances had the power to make her feel pretty! Thank you Aunt Frances for making Mom beautiful!

My favorite memory of Aunt Frances was at the age of about five years old I was taken by my mom and sister to have the dreaded perm in my hair. This included what seemed like hours of combing, curling, smelling terrible, holding still and being tormented by my brother. After this was all completed. I cried and told my mom and Aunt Frances my hair looked like "a turd ball". Aunt Frances told me to hurry to the bathroom and get toilet paper to wrap around my new perm so it didn't run down on my face. I loved this woman a great deal and she will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her myself included.
