He was an extremely good man, who impacted my life greatly by his shinning example as the manager of Stayton Meadows Golf Course as well as a friend. I am sorry for his children who I had the pleasure of knowing Sam, Tim and Susan.

I'm so sorry to have missed coming to see you all in person, but I was out of town when I heard about your Dad. I have such happy memories of spending lots of fun evenings at the Allegri house in high school! He had so much life and love to share! Special condolences to my friend, Kathy. (Let me know if you are ever around!) In the meantime, I'll be keeping your family in my prayers!

Pat Allegri was my first 'boss' when I started working at Stayton Meadows GC in May 1971, at age 14. I know I speak for all the 'clubhouse boys' when I say Pat was firm but fair kinda guy and never asked you to do something that he wouldn't do himself. He often use wit and humor to motivate us into working long hours and on weekends. I look back on those 4 years with respect and admiration for a fine man. Jamie McBride

Miss Barbara, I only met you and Mr. Pat a time or two through a very close friend and co-worker of his, but know this: that through this time of separation, there is much pain and sadness at his passing, but may God bring peace, comfort and joy to you because of all the happiness from the memories the two of you brought to each other, family, friends and those who hold you both in the highest esteem.

Barbara
Pat was always a great person to be around. I remember when he bought me flowers for my birthday because I was afraid I won't get any. Words can't express my sadness for you and his children. What a wonderful man and great friend. Love you always Barbara

Aunt Barbara and my sweet cousins I am so sorry for our families loss. Uncle Pat was a one of a kind guy and I will miss his witty personality. He and all of you were so kind to my family and provided a great source of comfort when we lost my mother. She has been waiting to be with her oldest brother for a long time and it makes me feel better thinking of them together. Dormi bene mio zio.

After my dad (George Hendricks) retired from the railroad, I talked him into taking up golf. He knew Pat from St. Bernadette's, and took a few lessons from him at Stayton Meadows and purchased his clubs. My dad really enjoyed playing, and continued to do so for many years. Thanks to Pat's time and efforts, my dad learned to love golf, the fellowship it provided, and the friends he made on the course. My dad's later years were filled with great joy...all thanks to Pat. My family will keep him in our thoughts and prayers.

Barbara, I'm so sorry for your loss. You were such a loving couple. I met him a time or two in the office and I believe at some social events. It's been so long. I wanted you to know I am thinking about you and the adjustments you will need to make in your life. I well remember my telling you that you talk too much! That was my German "we have work to do" side. I enjoyed working with you so much. Please know my prayers are with you, I know you have lots of friends, but if ever you need to talk, I'm here. Love, Annette
