I first met Mr. Stroud while working at Lakeview Village. I saw him every day for a year. He was so much fun. We would talk about baseball, basketball everything. I truly loved his attitude towards life. He always had a story for me. He was the best. My condolences go out to his family. Here's a fist bump for you Mr. Stroud.

I worked for IAC 2007-2013 and enjoyed his energy, sense of humor and his kindness. He holds a special warm spot in my heart. I've worked for lot of companies and many owners and still remember him most fondly. My sincere condolences to his family.

Robert Stroud Sr., was my boss but he was also one of my mentors and most importantly a good friend and father figure. At 27 years of age, he saw something in me and with no insurance experience, hired me to be his representative in the Pacific Region. We provided a good service in the Pacific and had fun and mutual respect performing our task. He taught me how to be a better business professional and person and he prepared me with the fundamentals to become a Director of Athletics for 27 years (15 years in Hawaii high schools and 12 years on the collegiate level at Chaminade University of Honolulu , a NCAA Division 2 program). He taught me to care for the people we serve and to earn the right to their business by working hard and providing more and friendlier service than promised. All with Aloha! I will miss you Mr. Stroud, but I will never forget you and our memories will stay in my heart forever!
