Ronald Lewis Obituary

Ronald J. Lewis Ronald J. Lewis made his last sarcastic, and likely inappropriate comment on January 11, 2019. Born Sept. 25, 1949, Ronald attended St Charles Elementary and St. Pius High School. He worked at GM from 1976 until his retirement in 2003. School and work yielded many friends, many whom affectionately called him "Wimpy". He was an avid sports fan, enjoyed his fantasy football league, music, drinking Sunkist, and mailing birthday cards to friends and loved ones. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his daughter, Tammera Lewis; grandchildren, Audrey and Caleb Lehmann, and their father Michael Lehmann; twin brother Ralph Lewis; sister, Sandy Brown; special friend Alice "Brownie" Braunstetter; nieces, nephews, and his many lifelong friends. Funeral services will be held at Terrace Park Funeral Home on Jan. 15th at 1pm, w/ visitation beginning at 11:30am.

May the God of all comfort sustain your family during the days ahead Psalms 119:76

January 15, 2019

He was a dear friend whom I had the pleasure of knowing since our elementary school days at St. Charles. In recent years, my wife and I would speak with him several times per week by phone, especially when the Royals or Chiefs were playing. We also looked forwarde to having lunch with him at least several times per month. We cared a great deal for Ronnie and to us, he was a very kind and caring soul. We will miss him very much.
