My heart and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Having grown up as neighbors and playing together on a daily basis I knew of his love for sports. This love carried through to adulthood and his interaction helped, so many, he came in contact with. He will be deeply misssed by all of those whose lives he touched.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of sorrow. I not only grew up living just a few houses away but actually worked with him at Ford later in life. Michael Knox (Liberty Missouri)

Words seem so trite and of little help to us in times of grief . Joe was so dedicated to his family. May you find the strength and comfort that you need in the warmth of your family and faith.

To the Nigro family,
My heart goes out to all of you at this difficult time. I have many fond memories of your family from the years the children attended Davidson, and although I'm not able to attend the service on Friday, I will be thinking of you all and keeping you in my prayers.
With sincere sympathy,

To Cynthia & the children, you have our deepest sympathies in your loss. We always enjoyed Joe and his energetic spirit. Conversations on Sundays were very lively and the fun times were more fun when he was around. He will be sorely missed by many.

The loss of someone like Joe is not only difficult to hear but difficult to comprehend as well. Maybe it's because Joe always seemed so energetic. Joe always appeared to be in the middle of doing something for his family or doing something for someone else. Joe always put others first. With the passing of Joe we all lost a Good Man. He will be sorely missed by us. Cynthia may God bless and comfort you and your family in your time of sorrow.
