UPLE CLARK-THOMAS Obituary

Uple Louise Clark-Thomas passed away October 29, 2010. Visitation 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, at Raymore Assembly of God Church ,118 W. Walnut St., Raymore, Mo., with services to follow. Graveside services 11 a.m. Thursday, at Englewood Cemetery Clinton, Mo. Memorials may be made to American Lung Association. Louise was born to Ed and Bonnie Clark on a farm in Oklahoma. She was raised on a farm with nine siblings, and was married to Donald Ray Smith in July 1947 and had two children, Jerry Ray and Shirita Don. Louise became a widow in July 1954 moving to California for a few years then moved to Missouri where she married Harry Thomas. They lived many years in Clinton until Harry's death in 1991, then she moved to Belton. Her favorite times where with her grandchildren and very involved at her church and with her friends. She'll always be remembered for her wit and strong character. She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Ray Smith and grandson, Trenton Scott Barker. She is survived by her daughter, Shirita Kreisman and grandchildren, Donnie Barker, Scott Barker, Shelly Winship, great grandchildren, Amber, Samantha, Lucas Darian, Maverick , Brock, brother, Charles, sisters, Lenore and Annie.
