Duane Paul Jacobsen, age 61, of Maple Park, passed away March 20, 2025 at his home.
He was born December 31, 1963 in Geneva, Illinois to Paul and Norma Jacobsen.
Duane is survived by his two sisters, Chris (Larry) Eigenhauser and Joie Jacobsen, two nieces, Kelly Eigenhauser and Hanna Jacobsen, a nephew, Brian Eigenhauser, a great nephew, Hudson Eigenhauser, two aunts, Ellen (Jack) Stuffle and Joyce Cosman,
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Peter.
Funeral service was at 12 noon, Tuesday, March 25th at Yurs Funeral Home, St. Charles. Burial was at North Cemetery, St. Charles. Visitation was Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shriners Children Hospital.

So sorry to hear of Duane's passing. I knew him from the mid-1970's when we were kids riding the same bus through Saint Charles. And later years running into him the at "Blue Goose". Thoughts and prayers are with you all. Ron B.

I am so sorry to hear about Duane´s passing. I am from maple park and had the pleasure to know him and his father both so very nice I was not able to come to services but you are all in my thoughts and prayers
