Philip Goyeneche Obituary

Philip was born on November 16, 1976, to Etienne and Catherine Goyeneche in Chino CA and passed on June 5,2025 After attending Yreka High School Philip worked alongside his dad as a dairyman in Loveland Colorado. When the dairy sold he started a small trucking company with his brother Bernard and worked as a diesel mechanic in the Fort Collins area. He then returned to Siskiyou County and had the pleasure of working as a mechanic for Skinner's Truck Repair. While living in Colorado he realized his dream of skydiving. Throughout his life Philip had a talent for drawing and creating detailed models. He also had a passion for all mechanical things, especially Corvettes and aircraft. Philip was always patient and caring bring a smile and humor to everything. Philip is survived by his mother Cathy, his brothers Robert (Karen); Bernard (Renee) and four nephews/nieces, Colten (Holden), Carley; Isabelle, Nicholas and his faithful dog Max Philip was loved by many and while he is greatly missed, we are comforted knowing he is watching over us. A service will be held at Girdner's Funeral Chapel in Yreka on July 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
