Ilene Richardson Obituary
Graveside services were today at Kearney Cemetery. The Rev. Jim Gleason was to officiate.
Horner Lieske McBride and Kuhl Funeral and Cremation Services in Kearney was in charge of arrangements.

Ilene was born July 29, 1918, in rural Kearney County to Christian and Margaret (Gerbert) Pinn. Ilene attended school at Newark through the 10th grade. She then attended and graduated from Kearney High School. After her father's death, Ilene and her mother moved to Kearney. Ilene spent most of her working life at the Buffalo County Assessors Office, eventually retiring.
She married George T. Richardson on April 21, 1961, in Kearney. After Ilene and George were married they made their home on the Platte River and remained there for more than 50 years until George's passing. Ilene then moved to Northridge where she resided until her death.
Survivors include her nephews, Bill Pinn of Newkirk, Scotland, UK, and Ron Pinn and his wife Patsy of Newark; nieces, Sue Wickham of Kearney and Virginia Hinricks of Omaha.
Ilene was preceded in death by her husband, George; brother, and William Pinn.
Memorials are suggested to the Kearney Area Animal Shelter in care of the family.
