DUNNING - Kent William Sierks, 55, of Dunning died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021, at his home in Dunning.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Sandhills High School gymnasium in Dunning. The funeral will be livestreamed at www.govierbrothers.com.
Burial will be at the Dunning Cemetery.
A visitation will be held 4-6 p.m. today (Saturday) at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow.
Kent was born Oct. 12, 1965, to Tom and Doris (Saner) Sierks in Broken Bow.
On April 17, 1990, Kent married Sandra Dee.
Survivors include his wife Sandra Dee; his daughter Frankie Aline; mother Doris; brothers, Monte and Tim; and his sister LaTonne.

I will always keep the memory of Kent´s big smile and good natured and friendly way that he always treated me throughout my life.
As a young boy, he was always ready to play basketball with anyone, no matter how much taller they were and wrestle anyone, no matter how much bigger they were.
He kept that same courage with him through his illness and will always be loved and respected by me.
Kent will be deeply missed by many, but not forgotten.
