Marvin Lieske Obituary
COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa - Marvin L. Lieske, 64, of McCook, Neb., died Monday, Oct. 22, 2007, in Council Bluffs.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home in McCook. Burial of cremains will be later at Minden (Neb.) Cemetery.
The body will be cremated.
Visitation will be until 5:30 p.m. today and from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
He was born March 1, 1943, in Minden to Carl and Sophie (Pollmann) Lieske.
On Aug. 31, 1963, he married Sherry Hansen. She preceded him in death.
On Sept. 23, 1994, he married Marian Schuler in McCook.
Survivors include his wife; son, Ryan of Hazard, Neb.; daughter, Nicky Smith of Lincoln, Neb.; his mother of Minden; nine grandchildren; stepsons, James Petsch of Kansas City, Mo., and Dan Petsch of Grand Island, Neb.; and stepdaughter, Diane Petsch of Stephenville, Texas.
