Sherry was born in Burwell, NE September 24th 1961, to Johnnie "JU" and Delpha "Nelson" Predmore. She was the tenth child born to this union, the baby of the family. Sherry started school in Kearney, NE at the Special Services Education. During the school schedule she lived with her sister Rosie Goos, brother-in-law Larry, and children. She received her diploma in 1980, a miraculous accomplishment in part to her mother who fought for Sherry to have a proper education. To assure she attended school like every other child her parents and her would travel to and from Kearney every Sunday and Friday. When Sherry was not at school, she was always sharing hugs and kisses to all her family. She also helped with the family business and enjoyed TV shows such as Dukes of Hazzard and Bonanza; especially Little Joe. After her mother's passing, she moved to Kearney and was a very active member of Mid Nebraska & the ARC association. Here she worked at the Country Inn Suites, Buckle, and Goodwill Services.
She enjoyed workshops, bowling, country music, dances, fried chicken, ice cream, but most of all her family. In her later years she lived with Dan and Beth Cole, and family, for fourteen years until her health declined and moved to Mosaic in Axtell, NE where she was cared for until the time of her passing.
During Sherry's life she gave us the gift to love people for just who they are. She showed love to all she knew, but the love of her life was her family.
Survivors include her siblings, Rosie Goos of Kearney, NE, Beverly Predmore of St George, UT, Joe (Paula) Predmore of Cass Lake, MN, Glenda (Marlan) Ferguson of Casper WY, Jay (Marlene) Predmore of Sault Ste. Marie, MI, Landra (Elvin) Ferguson of Bone Steel, SD, Sandra (Kenny) Baltazor of Taylor, NE. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents: Johnnie "JU" and Delpha "Nelson" Predmore, sister Kathryn Pollard, brother Johnnie Predmore, an infant sister, brother-in-law Larry Goos, and nephews: Troy Lee Goos, Larry Vaughn Goos, Timothy Sean Pollard and Johnnie Wayne Predmore.
