Julia Wessel Obituary
She left in her place her five loving children and their partners, Kellie Elvira Hildyxa Castro and their partner D'ell, Cain Reason Asa Smith and his partner Tye, Cassandra Réjeanne Elia Wessel, Cyrus Evander Leif Wessel, and Starling Roxana Skye Wessel.
Alongside her children stand her mother Alice Saylor, her children's devoted father Lee Thomas Wessel, her little black dog Kali, and countless friends and loved ones, all surrounded by her memory and a distinct scattering of glitter.
She was born in Pomona, California, as the only child of Alice Saylor. Julie was always one of the strongest, smartest people to have in your corner. She often joked about being indestructible, and for a long time that seemed to become more and more true.
No matter what city she traveled to, Julie always made fantastic friends and connections that continue to touch the hearts of those who survive her.
A service for Julie will be held Monday, September 27th at 10am in Prentis Park, Vermillion SD.
