Condolences to Arlene and your entire family. Prayers are being said for you.
Gene was one great man who I was fortunate work closely with at Snap-on. He was note only a co-employee, but a friend. He was a genuine, humble, and very smart man. I saw him in action numerous times. He made my job a Snap-on so much easier when working with us as a consulting engineer. I enjoyed going to lunch with him over the last handful of years making the trip down to Kenosha just to do so. I only wish that we could have gotten together before I left for FL the day before he became ill. I was the one to cancel and now I feel awful for doing so.
RIP Gene as your memory will live within me for years.

The most intelligent person I have ever met. And yet such a humble man. I cannot imagine Snap-on Tools if "The Father of Flank Drive" had hired on somewhere else. We connected up again at Relay For Life. My deepest sympathies go out to all of Gene's family and friends as I reflect on what a blessing we all had to have Gene in our lives. Rest in peace, Gene. You did a great job in your time here.
