A dear friend who I first met in kindergarten. We would sneak off to the forbidden Pollywog Pond with his brother Keith. It was the late 50s early 60s and polio was still something to worry about and we were told to stay away because we could get polio - a parental scare tactic I think. Every now and then he would have supper at our house - my parents adored him. We remained friends all through the years and whenever we ran into each other - no matter how many years had passed - it was just like we had seen each other yesterday. I will miss you my friend as I send prayers for peace and healing out to his family. RIP Karl RIP

Karl was a great and strong man. He taught me quick multiplication and wrestling at the same time. He also taught me how to shingle a roof in the hot Summer. Growing up as a kid in the neighborhood, he was like a second father to me. There are so many stories about him that I still cherish. Rest in paradise Karl. God Bless, until we meet again.
