Phyllis was born on August 15, 1934 in Winter, WI, the daughter of the late Issac and Mamie (Davis) Allen. She was educated in the schools of Winter. Phyllis married Allen Anderson in December of 1952 in Gilmington, WI. Phyllis was self-employed as a bar owner for many years. Her hobbies included crafts, crocheting, making lawn ornaments and spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Holly (Roger) Wilson of Racine and Lori Anderson of Kenosha; also included are many grandchildren.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Anderson; 3 daughters, Dawn, Joy and Bonny and 5 brothers.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
