Sarah Wagner Obituary
1979 - 2018
Sarah Rebecca Wagner was called home on Aug. 31, 2018. She passed away suddenly at the age of 40 due to cancer.
Sarah was born on Jan. 26, 1978. in Kenosha, Wis. to Clayton Wagner Jr. and Patricia Kaye Wagner. To all that know her, she was a caring individual who touched the lives of all.
Sarah was engaged to Daniel Cheeks. She raised eight loving children, and was totally dedicated to them in all aspects of their lives. She had devoted her entire life to her children and continues to be an influence in their lives. Her nieces had a special place in her heart as well.
She received her medical assistant degree over two years ago, and had almost completed her bachelor's degree in criminal justice as well. Sarah has worked at various Aurora Hospital locations throughout the years.
She is survived by her fiancé, Dan Cheeks; her children, Alyssa, Tyler, Tatyana, Adrianna, Daniel, Morrighan, Bayleigh and Sopheya; her parents, Clayton Wagner from Wheatland and Patricia Wagner from Burlington; step mom Elaine Burke; brother Chad Wagner; sister-in-law Shawna Wagner; sister Rachael O'Leary; and nieces Jasmine and Ava Wagner, and Kate Miller.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Clayton and Betty Wagner and Gerald and Martha Davis, her uncle, David Davis and her cousin, Lynn Davis.
A memorial service for Sarah will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Sept. 8, from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
