Midway, Kentucky - Ann Lake Masters, age 75, of Midway, KY passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born on July 30, 1949, in Cynthiana, KY to the late Robert L. and Louise G. Lake. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by stepson, Billy Ray Masters III; brothers, William Lake and Robert S. Lake.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bill Masters; son, David (Kelly) Masters, Lexington, KY; sisters, Renna Collins, Cynthiana, KY, Jane (Ed) Simpson, Cynthiana, KY, Mary Kravec, Seminole, FL; sisters-in-law, Karen Lake, Sitka, KY, and Sue Lake, Cynthiana, KY; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Letitia Johns, Richmond, KY.
Ann retired from Appalachian Regional Hospital as Manager, Data Entry. She was a devoted mother and wife and loved her cats and flower gardens.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Ware Funeral Home, 910 U.S. Hwy 27 N, Cynthiana, KY 41031 at 3:00 P.M. with visitation prior from 1:30 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Harrison County Food Pantry, P.O. Box 497, Cynthiana, KY 41031. View and sign the guest book at www.warefuneralhome.com.
