Jolanta and I just learned today of Bobbi's death. We are better for having known her and fondly recall the time we spent with her and your family. I remember one evening in your home when we had just finished a great meal and our dogs got into a fight under the dinner table. While a lesser hostess might have been flustered by such a thing, Bobbi simply spoke sternly to the dogs, ushered them to the deck and came back to the table as if nothing had happened! She was never stuffy or pretentious, but she was a lady and always made us feel so welcomed. Drew, you were lucky to have her and she was so lucky to have you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. She was a good woman and always seemed happy and proud of her family. I know she will be missed. I'm sorry I missed the service, I didn't find out till late the night before.

Drew, I know these last few years have been difficult, and I have been impressed with your devotion. My mother, Martha Steele, lived in the same long term residence as Bobbi did for awhile. I hope we will keep in touch. Colleen Steele

I have the best memory of Bobbi. While I was working at Morning Pointe Lantern in Lexington, we had one of our monthly family nights. Bobbi had finished her dinner and was getting bored I believe. She was starting to express her boredom getting all wiggly sitting at the table. I took her into the classroom area and some of our other residents and their families were sitting in there and were cutting and making snowflakes. I wasn't sure if we'd be able to do that activity but I gave her a pair of safe scissors and folded a piece of paper and gave it to her. She loved it she would snip and turn the paper. We would unfold the paper and she would have a beautiful snowflake. The huge smile would come across her face. It was amazing. I loved her a lot and also I want a o let everyone know how dedicated her husband Drew is. He came everyday for lunch and for dinner and would eat with his wife. It always touched my heart to see his dedication to his wife. Drew, my heart is with you and your family during this sad time. I'm thinking of all of you.

Bobbi was a wonderful lady and it is an honor to have been one of many caregivers in her life.
