November 30, 2025

Lexington, Kentucky - David Allen Burdine 75, passed away peacefully on 11/30/25, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on 7/2/1950, David was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose quiet strength and steady kindness shaped the lives of all who knew him. He married the love of his life, Dede, and together they shared 46 years of partnership, laughter, and unwavering support.

David is survived by his wife, Dede; his two children, Will Burdine and Lindsey Davis; and his four cherished grandchildren, Corin, Callaway, and Gray Davis and Ally Burdine, who brought him endless joy.
