Littleton Goode Obituary

GOODE Littleton "L.J.", 78, of Lexington, died Wed., Mar. 29, 2006 at St. Joseph Hospital. He was a dedicated husband and devoted to his family. A true friend and good neighbor. A man of conviction, character and faith. He served his country in Europe in WWII and was honorably discharged. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary Martin Goode; 2 sons, Ronnie L. Goode (Jackie) of Columbia, KY, Michael J. Goode (Kim) of Nicholasville,; brother, Marshall Goode and sister Opal Watson both of Columbia; 4 grandchildren, Capt. Ronnie L. Goode, II USMC (Krystle), Martin, Haley and Rachel Goode; step grandson, Zachary Taylor (Jamie). Funeral service, 2 pm, (CST), Sat., at Grissom Funeral Home in Columbia, KY with burial in Haven Hill Cemetery with military honors by VFW Post 6097. Visitation after Noon (CST), Sat.
