Margie F. Baxter

1937 - 2016

BAXTER Margie Frances, 79, passed away Aug 21, 2016, after a long illness. Born May 2, 1937 in Lexington, KY to the late Margaret S. and Luther F. Walker and grew up in Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY. She gave birth to three children, Michael Ott, Danny Merryman and Chery Ott, all of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Lisa Campbell of Winchester, great grandson, Dylan Campbell, also of Winchester; and a sister, Betty J. Vickers, of Lexington, KY. She is remembered fondly by her many nieces and nephews who simply called her "Aunt Margie" and will dearly miss her presence. Funeral services will be held 2:30pm Fri, Aug 26, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. Entombment will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:30am Fri until the service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Dr, Lexington, KY 40504.
