Max was such a pleasure to visit with and talk horses, and a loyal subscriber to The Horseman And Fair World magazine, and often helped me navigate the challenges of the USPS for The Horseman. Ruth Ann, I'm so sorry to hear Max passed away. I'll miss him too.

So sorry to hear of Max passing. I worked with him for so many years. He was so knowledgeable about mailing issues. We always worked things out. We would meet at the office, in DC, Forums, at a Publishers or over lunch. We spoke on the phone often. He started calling me a Prince after a while. He was so well thought of
By our staff at USPS. I respected him so much. My prayers are with his family. May God bless and keep you.

Max was my colleague and most of all dear friend for close to 50 years. The hours we spent reviewing his monthly financial statements, the intense discussions about personnel issues, the jokes we shared, and the many visits we made together to LCNI newspapers....so many other memories that give me a joyful feeling whenever I think of Max. Ruth Ann, Jason, you are in my prayers for comfort as you mourn the passing of our beloved Max.
