Lexington, Kentucky - Melinda Lou Jasper Caswell, 75, widow of the late Jessie Wayne Caswell passed Fri, Sept, 17, 2021 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. She was born July 13, 1946 in Casey County, KY the daughter of the late Newt and Emma Delk Jasper. Mrs. Caswell had been employed by First Security Bank, Bank One and Chase Bank from 1991 - 2006. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary since 1989. She enjoyed cooking, helping others and being a Nana. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Roger) Blunk; Grandchildren, Abigail Newton, Aaron Thomas Blunk, Kaleb Blunk and Mariah Blunk; Sister, Marietta "Rita" Sullivan. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, James Cunningham and brother in law, Charlie Sullivan. A Graveside Service will be held 3:00 PM Thurs, Sept, 23, 2021 at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11:00 AM till 2:30 PM Thurs, at Kerr Brothers – Harrodsburg Rd.
