Michael Bruestle

1951 - 2025

Michael Eugene Bruestle passed away on September 3, 2025 in Lakeland, Florida. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on 7/5/1951. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Christian and Lenora Mae Morand Bruestle; his loving wife, Marion Sue (Chrisman) Wilson Bruestle; and brother, Randall Bruestle (Linda). He is survived by his 2 step-children, Amy Dillbeck (David) and Reid Wilson; 3 grandchildren- David Dillbeck; Kate Dillbeck and Brittany Snowden Adelfio Baker; and 2 great-grandchildren- Michael Ray and Oakley May Baker. His brother-in-law, Paul Chrisman and a niece-Laura Safford(Christy), and nephews-Loren and Lance Safford.

Michael graduated from the University of Kentucky, BS and The Ohio State University, DVM. He was a founding member of the Anchor Baptist Church. He was a Member of American Veterinary Medical Assn., American Association of Equine Practitioners, Owner of Romany Road Veterinary Clinic and past member of the Thoroughbred Club of American. He served in the United States Air Force. During his years in Lakeland, Michael lived at the Westminster Home and was a member of the Wii bowling team, chapel choir and lobby volunteer.

Michael's memorial service will be held at Anchor Baptist church on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 2:30p.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation and Anchor Baptist Church.
