Michael Recio Obituary
July 13, 1975 - September 16, 2021
Lexington, Kentucky - Michael Adam Recio, 46, of Lexington, KY, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2021. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Nancy, and his children, Wesley and Addison. He is also survived by his parents, Bill and Lynn Recio of Ocala, FL, his sister, Katie Cauthen (Doug), a niece Campbell Cauthen of Lexington, KY, and brother Gene Recio of Ocala, FL. The family would like to thank all of the healthcare professionals for the compassionate care that they provided for Mike. They would also like to thank all of Mike's friends and colleagues, and the entire Thoroughbred industry, for the outpouring of love and support during this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement Facility, 1841 Paynes Depot Rd., Georgetown, KY 40324. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. www.milwardfuneral.com
