Richard Patrick Obituary

INEZ - Richard Patrick, 76, died peacefully at his home in Inez, KY on Nov 7, 2007. He was born April 28, 1931 to Jessie and Minnie Ward Patrick. He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Sally Stacy Patrick. Also surviving are five daughters; Ollie James Doerre and Audrey Patrick of Lexington, KY; Thelma Mollette of Meally, KY; Betty Omvig of St. Louis, MO; and Launa Phelphrey of Paintsville, KY; also seven sons, Kelly Patrick, Richard Jr. Patrick and Gary Patrick all of Inez, KY, Blaine Patrick of Tampa, FL, Bobby Patrick of Louisa, KY, Amos Patrick of Columbus, OH and Jessie Patrick of Paintsville, KY. Mr. Patrick was preceded in death by a son, Issac Patrick and a daughter, Elizabeth Patrick. He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Nelvie Stacy James, pictured with him here. Richard was a proud grandfather of 30 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He was also survived by three brothers and three sisters, he had lost two brothers and a sister. The services were held at Richmond-Callaham Funeral home in Inez, KY with Rev. Tim McCoy officiating and burial followed at the family cemetery also in Inez, KY on Nov 10, 2007.

Papaw..I can't even explain how bad I miss you, but knowing your not in pain makes me feel better. Today makes a month since you went to be with the lord and it's seems like you have been gone way longer than that. I am just glad that I will be seeing you again someday but untill then...R.I.P Papaw Richard - your grandaughter Kristen
