He was the most incredible man I ever met in my life. He was book smart as well as street smart. He was a huge Influence in my life and taught me to be true to myself and live the my life for myself and no one else. When he spoke itbl was like humble poetry. He walked me down the aisle twice once the first time I married andy innIowa and again whe. I was 6 months pregnant in Portland Oregon for our vow renewal. Always UNCONDITIONAL love for you.

I knew Bob through Jayne and Scott Corley during those fun-filled times. Bob, most certainly, was a gentle soul. Memories of the music those boys made and the closeness of good friends. He came to visit Jayne and Scott one time in Jersey and I was there. He rode back to Kentucky with me. As we traveled thru West Virginia, he and I admired the scenery, talked of days gone by, and simply enjoyed each other's company. That Bob, Buffalo Bob (as we lovingly called him) big hearted, world traveler, musician, friend and great story teller. My condolences to his family and friends. He is at peace now, on yet another adventure.

Scott and I have so many memories of Bob! Scott shared an old farmhouse with him in Lexington and spent many hours playing music with Bob and friends. Bob was a groomsman in our wedding 42 years ago and called us every year on our anniversary. We had been in touch a lot in the past year and enjoyed conversation. Scott describes Bob as a gentle soul and that he was. We are so very sorry and send our condolences to Bobs father, Barbara and brother!

I met Bob at Georgetown College in 1971 or 72. We remained "inner circle" friends over the years, even by snail mail when he was living in places like Kowloon & Taiwan. Bob was smart & no one can deny he was a free spirit. His travels & lifestyle made him a savvy individual, and his experiences would have made a great book. But he was too busy living to write it down. RIP, Bob buddy. My condolences to EC, Tom & Barbara.

Dr. Seely- so sorry to hear this. I have not had to experience this loss but have seen many patients who have dealt with the loss. There are no words to provide consolation. Terry and I are praying for peace for you.

I am grateful for the privilege of having known Bob, and for even getting to serve as one of his physicians before I retired. I enjoyed Bob's sense of humor and admired his love of music, but, sadly, I did not get to hear him play. He was a gentle soul in not-so-gentle world, with a family that loved him. I offer my sincere condolences to EC, Barb, Tom, Joe and Theresa.

This sunny girl of Tennessee "will miss you ... a traditional tune only you played ...thanks for being a part of our lives
