BARDSTOWN - Samantha Grace Netherland, 16, of Bards-town, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at her residence. She was born on December 20, 1997 in Lexington, was a Sophomore at Bardstown High School. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Hayden and Kathy Lynn Hardin Netherland. She is survived by her sister, Holly Alyssa Netherland of Bards-town; her maternal grandparents, Norris Lee and Betty Lou Bryan Hardin of Bardstown; aunts, Margaret Gayle Clark, Stephanie (Jamie) Clark Thompson, both of Bardstown, Pamela (Beau) Adams of Louisville, Stacey Hardin (David) Hibbard of Springfield, Carla (Richard) Hodges of North Carolina; and uncles, Jeffrey (Brooke) Hardin of Louisville and Jan (Jill) Netherland of Florida. Funeral services will be Monday, April 28, 2014 at 11am at Parkway Baptist Church with burial in Bardstown Cemetery. Dr. James Carroll will officiate. Visitation will be Sunday April 27, 2014 from 3-8pm and after 8:30am Monday at Parkway Baptist Church. Expressions of sympathy has been requested to Special Olympics of KY, Humane Society, Bardstown High School Chorus or Academic Team. Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
