LEXINGTON, Kentucky - Sandra was born in Detroit, MI to the late Ora Sweat-Bradley. She was preceded in death by her brother James H. Kelley. She was an employee of the Radisson Hotel for many years, and an avid Habitat for Humanity volunteer. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, movies, entertaining family and friends, and helping anyone that she thought needed a helping hand. She is survived by a daughter Cassandra (Herman) Cottoner and a son Michael E. Evans, grandchildren Haven Oliver, Jody Evans, Juatarian Alvarodo and Keith (Brittany) Cottoner, great-grandchildren Kyla Cottoner and Stella Cottoner, special cousins James R. (Lorraine) Stockley Sr. and family, long time friends Mrs. Patricia Underwood and Mr. Barry Brown. The family can be reached at 859-317-3095. Visitation 11 am Tue, service 12 pm at Smith & Smith Funeral Home.
