William Stubblefield Obituary

STUBBLEFIELD, William, J., 77, husband of the former Virginia C. Wright, died Sun., Nov. 13, 2005 at the VA. Medical Center. A native of Benham, KY in Harlan County, he was a retired manager for Kentucky Eagle Beer, and a U.S. Army veteran of WW II and the Korean Conflict. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, William Stubblefield (Cathy) of Albany OR; David Stubblefield (Pattie) of Winchester; and Amy Sutfin (Scott) of Florence; six grandchildren, Kaleigh, Eryn, Alison, and Amanda Stubblefield, and Anna and Abby Sutfin. Funeral service will be 11 am on Wed. at Second Presbyterian Church, 460 E. Main St., with entombment to follow in Blue Grass Memorial Garden Mausoleum with military honors. Friends may call from 5 - 9 pm Tues. at the W. R. Milward Funeral Home-Southland. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Diabetes Association. www.milwardfuneral.com
