LeAnn Boyce Obituary

LeAnn Karen Boyce, 73, of Albany, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025. She was born January 4, 1952 to Hazel Annie (Freeman) and Lee Erval Ray in San Diego, California. She has lived in Portland for 25 years and the last ten years in Albany. She attended San Diego State College for two years. LeAnn worked as a secretary for Standard Insurance Company in Portland. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. LeAnn loved to sing soprano and play the piano. She enjoyed hosting her husband John's military get togethers. She is survived by her husband John Boyce, five children: Matthew of Roundup Montana, Nathan of Portland, Jeremy of South Jordan, Utah, Nicholas of Allen Texas, and Alyssa of Portland; sister Donna Vitkauskas of Lebanon, brother Daniel Ray of Corvallis and six grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents Lee Ray (1999), Hazel Ray (2008), and sister Nancy Sanchez (2011). Celebration of life will be held next year.
