Michael Ball

Michael Ball, born on July 28, 1962, in Wabasha, Minnesota, was called home on June 6, 2025, in Rochester, Minnesota at his home. He was 62 years old. Michael spent much of his life in Minnesota, where he built a career as the owner of his own lawn care business. His dedication to his work and clients was evident until health issues eventually led him to step back from the business he had nurtured. Michael found joy in the simple pleasures of life. A devoted fan of the Minnesota Vikings, he rarely missed a game and took pride in cheering for his team through every season. He enjoyed attending local events and concerts around Rochester, always eager to be part of the community's vibrant spirit. Whether exploring the trails that wind through the area or tending to his plants at home, Michael appreciated nature and the peace it brought him. Spending time with family was especially important to Michael. He shared close bonds with his siblings: Krystal Lehmann McMasters and Russel Lehmann, his half-sister and half-brother; Laurie Ball, his sister; and Melroy Ball, his brother. He also held a special place in his heart for his many nieces and nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Hutchinson; his father, Leroy Ball; and his brother Terry Ball. His presence will be deeply missed by those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn his passing.
