A.D. EASTER Obituary

> A.D. EASTER age 89 of Knoxville, born in Paint Rock Tennessee, February 24, 1924, passed away on July 15, 2013. He was a 21 year Veteran of the US Navy, serving in both the World War II and the Korean War. Following his military career, he ran a real estate business in Roane County, where he resided for many years. A.D. was a long time
member of the Paint Rock Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Tim Easter, his parents Sam and Sally Easter, his siblings Grace Weaver, Liz Borin, Jim Easter and Helen Edgemon. He will be greatly missed by his devoted wife of 65 years, Inez Hughes Easter. A.D. is survived by his sister Audrey Jennings, his son, Jim Easter (daughter-in-law Doris Easter), daughter Diane Easter, grandchildren Brandi Lauer, J.P. Easter, Taylor Klein, Laura Easter, David Easter and great grandchildren Rachel, Rebecca and Elizabeth. Graveside service 11am Wednesday July 17, 2013 at Paint Rock Cemetery with Pastor Bob St. John officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Paint Rock Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. Kyker Funeral Home of Kingston in charge of arrangements. www.kykerfuneralhomes.com
