Mamaw Beason and I had a lot of laughs together & I will treasure the memories of taking her to church, listening to her pray & sing her favorite song from the songbook “The Old Rugged Cross”. I will miss our talks and her stories that I never tired of hearing. Her life was not easy but she refused to give up and would always say “The Lord knows all about it”. She has finished the race and is now with the loved ones that she longed to see, but most of all, the Lord who she loved with all her heart. I can't think of a better birthday present for my dad, than when he welcomed her to Heaven last night. Mamaw, you fought the fight, now enjoy all that Heaven holds.
