Charles Arthur DeVaught

Lenoir City - Charles A. DeVaughn, 76, of Lenoir City, TN, passed away January 15, 2021. Born on January 30, 1944, Charles went on to be the general manager of a Honda dealership in Cleveland, OH as well as to manage rental properties and apartments in TN. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles C. and Anna S. DeVaughn; brothers William DeVaughn and James DeVaughn, and sister Juanita DeVaughn. Charles is survived by his son Charles (Art) DeVaughn of Knoxville; daughter Machell DeVaughn of North Carolina; step-children Christopher Baggott of Cleveland, OH, Heidi Baggott of Pasadena, CA and Tracy Veras (Dr. Johann) of Orlando, FL; grandchildren Maggie DeVaughn of Knoxville, Tasha Copeland of OH, Nicole Berlin of MI and Jasmine Veras of Orlando, and 4 great grandchildren. Charles will be inurned at Grandview Cemetery in Maryville, TN. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the The Humane Society, P.O. Box 96930, Washington, DC 20090. Arrangements by Cremation By Grandview, 865-738-0244, www.CremationByGrandview.com.
