To the Simmons Family- I am thankful for having the pleasure of meeting Earl in 1976 when I moved to Knoxville, Tn. and he became my friend . In 1977 he became my brother-in-law and remained my friend and brother-in-law until his death . He knew how I felt about him and we often talked about us always being brother-in-laws for life . May his spirit remain with us always .
