Knoxville, TN
Herman Bailey, Jr., age 34, of Knoxville, passed away, Thursday, July 27, 2017, at UT Hospital. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, James Waters, Sr. and Edward Porter.
Herman is survived by his daughter, Hermijah Tate; mother, Kimberly Waters Bailey; father, Herman Bailey, Sr.; grandmothers, Helen Waters and Elizabeth Bailey; brother, Xavier Waters; sisters, Shantale McWilson and Shawus Whitson; devoted friend, Amanda Rodriguez; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Family will receive friends, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, Thursday, August 3, 2017; funeral service, 12:00 noon, at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Elder Joe B. Maddox, Officiating.
Interment Mount Olive Cemetery.
