Knoxville - James David Shipley - age 57, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at UT Medical Center surrounded by family. A memorial service
will be announced at a later date. Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at North Broadway is serving the family of Mr. Shipley.

David was the best!! He was always at our house doing crazy stuff! I remember going to Duff’s and he and my brother, Bobby, getting into an eating contest. One of them threw up all over a car in the parking lot. Always a party when David was around!!

I’m so very sorry to hear about Jimmy. I was just looking through some of mom’s old photo albums and came across pics of us as kids. Those were great times. Praying for his family during this difficult time.
