PARROTT, MS. JANICE K. - age 78 of LaFollette, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2009 at her home. She was a member of LaFollette First Baptist Church. She retired from First National Bank after 38 years of service. Preceded in death by parents, Robert and Mary Pennington Parrott; sister and brother-in-law, Jewel and Estes Sharp; and brother-in-law, Robert Spiegel. Survivors: beloved sister, Joy Spiegel of Bristol; nieces and nephews, Robbie Spiegel, Kathy Spiegel-Hopkins and husband Jim, Sharon Sharp Bull and husband Keith, Mary Sharp Bruce and husband Greg, LeEllen Green and husband Darrell; great-nieces and great-nephews, Adam, Mary Elizabeth, and Conner Bruce, Laura and Bobby Green, and Robert E. Sharp, Jr.; beloved caregivers, Martha Evans, and Wilma Bruce, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services Thursday 7 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Horner officiating. Family and friends will meet Friday 10 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Chadwell Cemetery for graveside services and interment. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 P.M. Thursday before services at Walters Funeral Home.
