Ken and I collaborated to equip the ETHRA "Dial-A-Ride" with unique transportation during the early days. We became a team with one goal. As the decades have passed, I have often thought of Ken's drive and focus in serving our citizens. His service will be remembered and evidenced by the fruits of his labors.
