Larry Shepherd Obituary
Farragut, TN
Larry R. Shepherd, age 64, of Farragut passed away suddenly on Sunday evening, July 10, 2016 at his home. Larry was a member of Awaken City Church in Knoxville.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wiley E and Gertrude Shepherd. Larry is survived by his wife, Charmane Shepherd; children, Christopher James (Amber) Shepherd, Richard Shane Shepherd, Wiley Matthew (Kristen) Shepherd; grandchildren, Logan, Trevor, Shanea, Gibson, Eithan, Faith and Robbie Shepherd, Claire Caudill, Kaleb Griffin, Cameron Bogus, Heaven and Madison Hill; step-children, Angie and Billy Hill, Ashley, Lindsie and Autumn Stevenson; sister, Lylan Fitzgerald.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with funeral services to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Steve Fatow officiating. Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel, 11915 Kingston Pike, is serving the Shepherd family. www.clickfh.com

Dear family. Didn't know Larry very well but knew for 29 years as we live in Willow Cove around the street. Larry knew how to fix anything that "ran" and was always a big help. Will miss waving at him all the time!

Larry was always a good man.In all the years he worked for me, I never heard him raise his voice, and he treated the men under him with kindness and respect. A devout Christian, and an honorable man in every way. It was a privilege to have called him my friend.

I am so sad to hear of Larry's unexpected passing. I've known Larry almost all my life, as he was the Service Manager for my father at Southeastern Machinery.
It was good to reconnect with Larry a few years ago again and I always enjoyed catching up with him and talking with him.
Larry was a great man, who will be missed by so many.

I'm truly sorry for loss. Larry was always so kind to me when I would come to his home with Angie. He will be greatly missed by many. Prayers for the family during your time of loss. Remember to celebrate his life because he lives with our Lord and Saviour now.
