Olive Plauger Obituary
Knoxville, TN
Olive Lentz Plauger, known to her friends as "Kipsy", passed away on January 24, 2019 in Knoxville, Tennessee at the age of 96.
A native of Bentonville, Virginia she has lived in Knoxville for the last 16 years.
She was a retired employee of Avtex and sold Avon for many years. She was a long-time member of Bentonville Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Plauger; her parents, Virgil and Clarice Lentz; brothers, Bobby and Raymond Lentz; sister, Mildred Zollman; and her daughter, Lois Bishop.
She is survived by her son, Dennis Plauger, Sr. and wife Peggy; grandson, Dennis Plauger, Jr. and wife Wendy; granddaughter, Danielle Barto and husband Michael; sister-in-law, Virginia Lentz; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be announced at a later date. She will be buried beside her husband James at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Front Royal, Virginia.
