Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of your family. Uncle Paul, or "Big P" as I grew up to know him, meant a lot to me and my family (The Furr's). He was a great friend and someone that we could always turn to when in need of a good laugh. He had a huge heart, and our family will always be blessed to have had the chance to know him for the great man that he was. God Bless.

I am late signing the guest book because I did not hear of Paul's death until Thursday, the 22nd.
My deepest sympathy goes out to the Lyons family.
Paul was a wonderful friend when our family needed help.
He always knew just the right thing to say and was not ashamed to talk about his relationship with God.
I believe that God blesses us with special people from time to time,people who enter our lives if but only for a brief time, and that these people have a special lesson to share with us.
I believe the lesson he shared was to concentrate on what is really important in life.
He taught us well.
May he rest in the arms of Jesus in the eternal peace of Heaven.

To the Lyons Family and Friends: Please accept our deepest and sincere condolences and our prayers for healing and comfort. Paul served with great distinction and with the highest degree of professionalism at all times. His infectious smile and humble attitude toward courts, lawyers, witnesses, and parties to a court action was the model that will be difficult, if not impossible to replace. We are shocked and saddened by his untimely death.

My mother called this morning after reading about Paul going home. My condolences to the Lyons family. I dated Paul when I was in high school. Paul was such a wonderful person with such a big heart. I saw him several years ago when my sister married and he was so proud of his wife and son. I saw him again when my sister's husband passed away. I know it is so hard right now Jacob because I too lost my dad when I was a child. Sherrie and Jacob you were so blessed to have had Paul in your life. He was a wonderful man. Jacob, he will always be with you and your mother. Margaret and Gene may God carry you through this time. I am praying that God will comfort you. God bless you all.
